We collect minimum data required to run this site (anonymised analytics) and to handle engagement enquiries (your name, email, and the message you send us via the contact form). We don't share, sell, or transfer your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Engagement enquiries are stored in our email system; we keep them as long as the conversation is active and for one year after the last reply, then delete. Anonymised analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) help us understand how the site is used; both honour Do Not Track and the EU AI Act transparency norms.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. To exercise these, email hello@theagentpractice.com with the request and we respond within 30 days.
This page will be expanded as the site evolves. For specific data-handling questions during a client engagement, the engagement contract supersedes this generic policy.
